Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All custom orders are final and cannot be returned. Please verify all measurements and review orders to ensure that the description matches the requested purchase.

 

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS / FedEx / USPS / or Common Carrier. We reserve the right to select the delivery service. Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail to monitor the shipment information. Any change in schedule that occurs once the shipment process has begun is beyond our control.  Requests for expedited shipping are not available for all products. Please contact us prior to ordering if expedited shipping is required to ensure that the service is available.  Most orders ship within 1-3 business from the date of the order. We will notify you via e-mail if the shipping time is delayed.

 

Packaging

We make every effort to secure the product during shipping. Please inspect your order immediately for damages. Requests to return items will not be approved after 24 hours from the date of delivery. To request a return please contact us via e-mail. E-mail requests for returns should include your name, order number, and description of damage. In the event that the item is visibly damaged upon arrival, do not accept the order. Notify us immediately so that we can make arrangements with the delivery service provider.

Items that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx will ship common carrier. The estimated shipping charges might not accurately reflect the actual shipping charge. In the event that the actual charge exceeds the estimated charge, we will notify you to discuss the order. All charges must be paid prior to shipment.

Orders shipped common carrier will usually be packaged on a pallet or in a crate. Lift gate service is only available upon request and at an additional charge. All other orders will require the customer to have the mean whether by manpower or machine to unload the package and to sign a note of receipt.

 

Custom Made Product Orders

Custom Screens are made within a 1/16” tolerance. Upon receiving your shipment, please check for accuracy of the measurements. You must notify us by email within 24 hours of the product delivery. Should a return be necessary, we will send a return shipment label that needs to be placed on the original package. It is the responsibility of the customer to get the package to the delivery courier provider.  

Please check your measurements and other specifications of the screen prior to ordering to ensure that all information is accurate. We cannot return any custom order due to customer error. If you have any questions concerning the custom product return policy please contact us.
